🎨 3. Handmade Characteristics & Natural Variations
Every Biaraly squishy and its filling are handmade with care. Because of this, slight differences in color, shape, texture, size, and appearance may occur between individual products or production batches.
These variations are a natural part of handmade products and make each squishy unique.
Please also note:
- Temperature sensitivity: Temperature can affect how soft, firm, or stretchy your squishy feels. If it becomes too warm or soft after extended play, allow it to cool naturally at room temperature.
- Color and clarity changes: Over time, squishies may become slightly cloudy, develop bubbles, or experience minor color changes with regular use.
- Normal material changes: These changes are common characteristics of soft squishy materials and do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
🧼 4. Cleaning, Hygiene & Storage
To maintain your squishy's appearance and extend its lifespan, we recommend keeping it inside its original protective bag whenever possible.
The protective bag helps prevent contact with dust, dirt, and other environmental contaminants while reducing the risk of accidental damage.
Cleaning instructions:
- Gently wipe the outer surface with a slightly damp, soft cloth when necessary.
- Allow the squishy to dry completely before storing it.
- Do not soak, machine wash, or use harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
- Store your squishies in a clean, dry, and cool environment.
☀️ 5. Avoid Heat & Excessive Pressure
Squishies are soft and satisfying to squeeze, but they are also delicate handmade products.
To prevent damage:
- Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, hot cars, and other high-temperature environments.
- Excessive heat may cause squishies to soften, deform, melt, leak, or burst.
- Avoid sharp objects, fingernails, and rough surfaces that may puncture the outer skin.
- Do not pull, stretch, twist, or squeeze with excessive force.
- Handle thin-skin squishies with extra care, as their delicate outer layers may be more susceptible to damage.
Please remember: Squishies are designed for gentle sensory play, and every material has its limits.
💧 6. Taba Squishies & Water-Sensory Squishies
Certain Taba Squishies and Water-Sensory Squishies are designed to be played with inside their sealed protective bags only.
For these products:
- Do not remove the squishy from its protective packaging.
- Avoid opening, cutting, or puncturing the bag.
- Do not continue playing if the bag or product is damaged or leaking.
- If damage occurs within 7 days of receiving your product, please keep the item and its original packaging and contact our support team for assistance.
💥 7. Crackle Squishy Safety Warning
Our Crackle Squishies feature a special breakable inner shell that creates a satisfying cracking sensation when squeezed.
However, these products require additional care.
Important safety information:
- The inner crackle shell is designed to break and cannot return to its original condition once crushed.
- Once broken, the shell fragments may mix with the surrounding filling. This process is irreversible.
- Broken shell fragments may have sharp or uneven edges that can puncture the squishy's outer skin.
- If the outer skin breaks, exposed fragments may cause scratches or minor injuries.
- Always squeeze gently and avoid applying excessive pressure after the shell has cracked.
- If the outer skin becomes damaged, stop using the squishy. Do not handle exposed sharp fragments directly.
- An additional protective skin may be used only when the inner components remain safely contained and the product is otherwise undamaged.
Crackle Squishies are delicate sensory toys and should always be handled with extra care.
👶 8. Age Recommendation & Choking Hazard
Our squishy toys are generally recommended for ages 6 and up, with appropriate adult supervision.
Some products may contain small decorative pieces, beads, accessories, or internal components that could present a choking hazard if detached or exposed.
- Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
- Adult supervision is strongly recommended for younger users.
- Keep damaged squishies and loose components away from children.
- Never allow children to put squishies or their components into their mouths.
- Always check the product for damage before use.
🌸 9. Fragrance, Material Odors & Allergy Awareness
Some of our squishies contain added fragrances, while others may have a natural scent from their materials, adhesives, or manufacturing process.
A mild initial odor may be noticeable when first opening the package. In many cases, this scent gradually fades over approximately 1–2 weeks, although this may vary depending on the product and storage conditions.
If you or your child are sensitive to fragrances, synthetic materials, adhesives, or other ingredients, please exercise caution.
